The dosage of the ribotide is 2-150 g / 100 kg of finished product, in comparison with sodium glutamate (E621), the consumption of which is up to 500 g / 100 kg of finished product.

The recommended ratio of ribotide and sodium glutamate is 1:10. For example, instead of 1 kg of glutamate, you can use a mixture of 20 g of ribotide and 200 g of glutamate. These substances are well soluble in water.
They have good stability during heat treatment of the product and during storage.

For neutralizing tastes or unpleasant aftertaste, reducing harsh sour and bitter tastes, i.e. for smoothing the taste.
