Designed for precise metering of gas passed through a reaction vessel or absorption system
Rheometers are manufactured in in accordance with TU 14307481.002-92.
Rheometers are devices for measuring the volume of air or any gas passing through a pipeline system per unit of time. They are used in the practice of sanitary-hygienic and toxicological studies, especially when taking air samples and dosing it. The main part of the most common rheometers is a glass tube, into which a diaphragm is soldered, which resists the gas flow, as a result of which a pressure difference is formed before and after the diaphragm, measured by a liquid manometer. The graduated scale is made movable to facilitate setting the liquid level to zero. Using a certain ratio between the flow rate and the obtained pressure difference, the gas flow rate passing through the device per unit of time is determined.
